At Not Your Mama's Pasta, we make quality ingredients a top priority.  We believe the best products start with the best ingredients and that high quality pasta should be readily available to all.  We specialize in traditional Roman pastas and pinsa pizzas.  We use our own proprietary mix of flours and imported flour from Italy to create a high-hydration dough.  The ingredients combined with long-fermentation create a dough with incredible texture that digests easy and burns clean.
